The SciTronics Weigh-Belt Feeder comes standard with a Digital Signal Processor or an optional Rate Controller. It is designed to measure a wide variety of products during the prefeeding and blending process. Typical material applications include rock, cement, fly ash, grains and powders.
The compact Feeder features a strain gauge load cell to provide an extra measure of weighing accuracy while materials are on the belt. Sound engineering, heavy-duty construction and high quality components assure dependable service.
Controller monitors and calculates tons per hour, total tons and belt speed. It has a high intensity, 3-level adjustable, 4-line, 20-character alphanumeric display. Operation is menu driven and unit is easily programmed by users. Belt widths up to 48 inches and lengths up to 20 feet are available.
