SciTronics Feed-Rate Controller is designed to provide constant rate control of material feed at a specific set point to assure accurate thru-put of product. Functions of feed rate control and belt scale signal processing are combined into one compact unit and can be utilized simultaneously or separately.

Digital Signal processing function monitors and calculates tons per hour, total tons and belt speed.

The Rate Controller is typically used in conjunction with weigh-belt feeders or other conveyors for blending of various materials — cement, asphalt, aggregates, rock gradations, bulk powders, etc.

Options include a circular chart recorder and remote display, alarms and computer interface.
